Cancelation Policy

You will have to cancel any room reservations directly with Embassy Suites, you may be subject to cancelation penalty per terms of the group agreement.  Shortly after the reunion (date TBD) I will return any money less any actual cancelation or other fee I may be charged because of your decision to not participate after 8/27/2021. If you ordered a shirt, I am happy to ship it to the address you provide and will deduct the actual shipping charges from your money to be returned.

If you see Yellow NONE next to your name– Your choices I’ve received do not match the number indicated on your Passport. If I don’t receive your choices, default box lunch will be Corn Beef Sandwich and slaw; Dinner choices will be ordered in ration to prevailing choices made by others.

If you see Red — You made choice that was not paid for. I will adjust your invoice and deduct the cost from your deposit unless I hear otherwise by EOB Monday 8/30.
